DAILY SCHEDULE
10:30 AM – 5:00 PM – Wellness & Farm Festival
Local producers market, themed zones, workshops, tastings and relaxation.
Free entry – everyone welcome.
10:30 AM – Official Opening of the Festival
11:30 AM – Guided tour of the farm and animal encounters
Join our farm guide and animal caretaker for a walk with alpacas or Zosia the donkey.
Feed and meet goats, rabbits and sheep. Visit the chicken coop, explore the herb garden and vegetable plots.
1:00 PM – Outdoor yoga on the meadow
A gentle, open session for all levels – stretch, breathe and reconnect with yourself in the peaceful embrace of nature.
2:30 PM – Breathing session “Breath of Nature”
A short, calming breathwork practice led by our wellness coach – grounding, presence and inner stillness.
4:00 PM – Forest bathing (Shinrin-yoku)
A guided mindfulness walk through nature – sensory awareness, grounding and quiet reconnection with the natural world.
