December 12-14 -Mindfulness Weekend - in the Rhythm of 8 Steps to Harmony
Three days of peace, mindful breathing, and connection with nature. The sessions are held in an intimate atmosphere - without rush, with mindfulness and care for both body and mind. During the weekend, you will experience forest bathing, a mindful meal, gentle morning movement, and short breathing practices that you can later introduce into your daily routine.
The program is based on the 8 Steps to Harmony, designed to help you gradually calm the mind, relax the body, and reconnect with yourself. This offer is intended both for those who are just beginning their mindfulness journey and for those who wish to deepen their practice in a calm, natural environment.
