Friday – A Gentle Start
Upon arrival, join us for a one-hour session with simple relaxation practices. It’s the perfect way to leave behind the intensity of the week and fully enter the weekend’s atmosphere.
Saturday – A Day of Deep Mindfulness
Morning session in the garden and hall – light exercise, meditation, and an introduction to mindfulness.
In the evening – stress reduction techniques and a culminating body scan meditation to help you reach a state of complete relaxation.
Sunday – Morning Ritual
Before departure, take part in a gentle session combining breath meditation, light exercise, and elements of yoga – a refreshing start to the week with new energy and calm.

Who is Jan Andruszko?
Jan Andruszko – Certified Mindfulness Facilitator, Mentor, and Entrepreneur with over 14 years of experience as a manager and director. His mission is to promote mindfulness as micro-habits that support professional effectiveness, mental health, and work–life balance. He helps entrepreneurs and managers achieve greater efficiency and focus at work, reduce stress, and prevent burnout.
