2:00 p.m. – Mindfulness in Practice -Discover selected mindfulness techniques you can use in daily life. The session includes body scan meditation, simple focus exercises, reflections on nature and its impact on well-being, and a mindful walk. Elements of the workshop are also adapted for children, allowing families to explore mindfulness together.

Wellness zone access -3 hours of relaxation in the pool, saunas, jacuzzis (including the outdoor terrace one!), and a hammock chill area.

What is Mindfulness Day at Dosłońce Resort?
It’s a unique encounter with the practice of mindfulness, inspired by the idea of slowing down and listening to yourself. In the intimate atmosphere of nature, participants discover mindfulness techniques guided by Certified Facilitator Jan Andruszko. It’s a day that helps you find inner peace, learn simple ways to reduce stress, and fully experience harmony of body and mind. The Mindfulness Day event is combined with our Day in the Countryside offer – including relaxation in the wellness zone and a delicious lunch at the Harmonia Smaków Restaurant, creating a flavorful complement to a day filled with mindfulness and tranquility.

8:00-9:00 Morning Yoga & Breath
10:30 Visit to the Dosłońce Farmyard – learning how to interact with animals, a walk with Zosia the donkey and the alpacas
11:30 Forest Bathing – a mindful walk guided by a Wellness Coach
Story about nature and its impact on well-being, followed by a mindful nature walk
11:00-13:00 Children’s Activities: Cookie Baking & Forest Treasure Hunt
14:30 Mindfulness in Practice
