Yoga, Ayurveda, and nature come together in one place to create a space for deep calm and renewal. This weekend invites you to reconnect with your body and the world around you – slowly, gently, and through the rhythm of breath. Discover how mindful movement and nature’s presence can restore your inner lightness and peace.

Feel inner balance and rediscover your body’s natural rhythm.

Join us for a unique weekend inspired by Ayurveda – the ancient art of living in harmony with nature. Gentle yoga, breathing techniques (pranayama), a consultative lecture with Ayurvedic insights, and deep connection with nature through the farm, herbs, and seasonal cuisine await you. All designed to help you pause, breathe, and come back to yourself.

 

FRIDAY – July 4

8:00 PM – 9:00 PM – Evening Breath & Relaxation Session: “Breath for Calm”
A candlelit gathering held in peaceful silence to support inner stillness and mindfulness. We begin with a short introduction to the Ayurvedic approach to breathing – learn how different breathing techniques affect the doshas, emotions, and mental state. Then, we move into practice: gentle pranayama combined with relaxation to soothe the nervous system, release tension, and prepare the body for deep, restorative sleep.


SATURDAY – July 5

8:00 AM – 9:00 AM – Morning Yoga with Ayurvedic Elements
A grounding practice designed to calm the Vata energy – which governs movement, air, and space in the body. The session ends with a short meditation and mindful intention for the day.

2:00 PM – 3:00 PM – Forest Bathing with a Wellness Guide
A mindful walk through the forest focused on conscious steps, deep breathing, and sensory connection with nature. This moving meditation calms the mind, balances emotions, and brings you back to the here and now.

6:00 PM – 6:30 PM – Kids’ Yoga
Joyful, movement-based fun inspired by the Ayurvedic elements – earth, water, fire, air, and space. Through breath, play, and imagination, children learn to recognize their emotions and inner needs.

8:00 PM – 9:00 PM – Evening Yoga with Ayurveda: Body in Balance
A gentle yoga session with a short introduction to Ayurveda – learn what the doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) are and how to recognize the dominant energies in your body. We’ll end with a relaxing savasana and shared breath.


SUNDAY – July 6

8:00 AM – 9:00 AM – Restorative Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation
A soft morning practice to gently awaken the body and calm the mind. We'll focus on simple restorative poses held longer, supported by breath and gravity. This is a moment to stretch, ground yourself, and open the day gently.
