What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: by 12:00 PM
Can I cancel my reservation?
All package bookings are non-refundable. However, you may convert your reservation into a voucher. Failure to pay may result in automatic cancellation.
Can I change the booking date?
Yes, date changes are possible upon request and subject to availability.
Can I receive a VAT invoice?
Yes – please provide your VAT number before making payment.
Families & Children
What are the children's rates?
Can children use the wellness zone?
Yes, under adult supervision. Saunas and jacuzzis are available for ages 12 and up.
Are there attractions for kids?
Yes – outdoor playground, mini farm with alpacas and goats, seasonal animations, and farm workshops.
Pets & Parking
Can I bring my dog?
Yes – small dogs are welcome. Pet fee: 50 PLN/night.
Is parking available?
Yes – free for all guests, no reservation needed. An electric car charging station is available on-site.
Meals & Special Diets
Do you offer special diets?
Yes – vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free.
Surcharge: 50 PLN/person/day. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.
Is à la carte dining available?
Yes – our Harmonia Smaków Restaurant offers a seasonal à la carte menu.
Wellness & SPA
What’s included in the wellness zone?
Access to the indoor pool, indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, dry, herbal and steam saunas, relaxation area with hammocks, fitness room, and meditation space.
Should I book spa treatments in advance?
Yes – we recommend booking in advance by phone or email.
Are there any massage discounts?
Yes – 20% off selected massages from Monday to Thursday.
