Reservations & Stay

What are the check-in and check-out times at Dosłońce Resort?
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Check-out is until 12:00 PM.

Can I cancel my reservation at Dosłońce Resort?
All package reservations are non-refundable. However, it is possible to convert a reservation into a voucher. Lack of payment results in automatic cancellation.

Can I change my stay dates at Dosłońce Resort?
Date changes are possible upon individual arrangement with the reception and subject to availability.

Will I receive a VAT invoice for my stay at Dosłońce Resort?
Yes. Please provide your VAT number (NIP) before making the payment.

Where can I find holiday, New Year’s Eve, winter holiday and seasonal stay programs?
Current stay programs (Christmas, New Year’s Eve, winter holidays and seasonal offers) are always available in the “Stay Program” section on our website.

How much does the “Day in the Countryside” offer cost (without overnight stay)?
The “Day in the Countryside” offer is available in two price options:

  • Sunday–Thursday: PLN 120 / adult

  • Friday–Sunday: PLN 150 / adult
    Children are charged 50% of the adult price.

Are towels and bathrobes included in the “Day in the Countryside” offer or Groupon entries?
Towels and bathrobes are not included in these offers. They can be rented at the wellness reception:

  • Bathrobe: PLN 20

  • Towel: PLN 10


Children & Families

Are there discounts for children at Dosłońce Resort?

  • Children aged 0–4: stay and meals free of charge (maximum 2 children per room), provided the child sleeps in the parents’ bed.

  • Children aged 4–12: PLN 130 / night (overnight stay + breakfast).

Can children use the wellness area at Dosłońce Resort?
Yes, under adult supervision. Saunas and jacuzzis are available from the age of 12.

Does Dosłońce Resort offer attractions for children?
Yes. We offer a playground, a mini zoo with alpacas, seasonal animations and farm workshops.

Do animators provide childcare during activities?
Our animators organize activities and games but do not provide childcare. Leaving children unattended during animations is at the parents’ own responsibility. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program.

Are there any rules regarding children’s animations?
From Monday to Friday, animations take place with a minimum of 5 registered children. If animations are not held, the playroom remains open to all guests.

From what age can children participate in animations and workshops?
Animations and workshops are intended for children from 4 years of age. The hotel does not provide workshop materials for younger children.


Pets & Parking

Can I stay at Dosłońce Resort with a dog or cat?
Yes, small dogs and cats are accepted. Fee: PLN 50 / night.

Does Dosłońce Resort offer parking?
Yes, free parking is available on site and does not require reservation. An electric vehicle charging station is also available.

Is charging an electric car paid?
Charging is free of charge for hotel guests. External guests may use the charger for a fee of PLN 100.

Are there designated pet-friendly rooms and can pets enter the restaurant?
We do not have designated pet rooms. Pets are welcome in the hotel, however, for hygiene and safety reasons, they are not allowed in the restaurant.


Dining & Special Diets

Does Dosłońce Resort offer special diets?
Yes. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free diets are available for an additional fee of PLN 50 / person / night. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.

Is à la carte dining available at Dosłońce Resort?
Yes. The Harmonia Smaków Restaurant offers an à la carte menu with seasonal dishes.


Wellness & SPA

What is included in the wellness area at Dosłońce Resort?
Included in the price: swimming pool, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi, saunas (dry, herbal and steam), relaxation zone, fitness room and meditation room.

What are the opening hours of the pool, jacuzzi and saunas?
The Wellness Area is open daily.

  • Pool & jacuzzi:

    • 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM (Sun–Thu)

    • 8:30 AM – 10:00 PM (Fri–Sat)

  • Saunas:

    • 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM (Mon–Thu)

    • 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Fri–Sat)

    • 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM (Sun)

Do I need to book massages in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking treatments in advance by phone or email.

Are there any discounts on massages and rituals?
Yes. A 20% discount applies from Sunday after 3:00 PM until Thursday for selected massages.

Does the hotel accept Multisport or Medicover cards?
At the moment, the hotel does not accept Multisport or Medicover cards.


8 Steps to Wellness Program

Who can participate in the 8 Steps to Wellness Program?
The program is available to all hotel guests. Participation is guaranteed for guests staying in selected packages. Other guests may join subject to availability.

How early should I register for the 8 Steps to Wellness Program?
Registration is required at least 3 days prior to the planned date.

How can I book a place in the 8 Steps to Wellness Program?
Please contact the hotel reception by phone or email to make a reservation.

Can I participate in the program without purchasing a dedicated stay package?
Yes, hotel guests may join subject to availability and prior registration (minimum 3 days in advance).

Is there an additional fee for the 8 Steps to Wellness Program?
For guests staying in selected packages, participation is included in the price. Other guests should contact reception to confirm availability and costs.


Attractions

Is the tennis court available in the evening?
Yes. The tennis court is illuminated and available 24/7.


Rooms & Beds

Can families or groups stay in neighboring rooms?
We do not offer connecting rooms. However, upon request and subject to availability, we can assign rooms next to each other within the same room standard.

What type of beds are available and can they be joined together?
Rooms are equipped with two single beds (90×200 cm). Upon request, the beds can be joined using a comfortable topper (180×200 cm) to create one large bed.

What amenities are available in the rooms?
All rooms are equipped with mini fridges, kettles, shower cabins, towels and bathrobes. Towels for the SPA area are provided separately.

Cosmetic amenities depend on the room standard:

  • Classic & Comfort rooms: soap, shampoo and shower gel

  • Superior rooms & apartments: additionally hair conditioner and hand lotion

Does the hotel offer rooms with balconies?
The hotel does not have rooms with private balconies. Selected Superior rooms offer access to a shared terrace for guests staying in that area.


Vouchers

What document confirms the purchase of a voucher?
For value vouchers, the confirming document is an accounting note, compliant with Polish accounting regulations and equivalent to a VAT invoice for non-VAT transactions.
For vouchers purchased for a specific service (stay or massage), a receipt or VAT invoice is issued.

What is the validity period of a voucher?
Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

What information is required to redeem a voucher?
Please provide the voucher number when making a reservation.


Discounts & Promotions

How can I use a discount code when making a reservation?
Enter the discount code in the appropriate field when booking online. For phone reservations, simply provide the code to the reception staff.
