HOT YOGA :
Hot yoga (its variations are Bikram yoga or Vinyasa yoga) is one form of hatha yoga practised in high temperatures (35-40 degrees C) and high humidity - about 60%. These conditions are designed to replicate the natural atmospheric conditions of practice in India. The high temperature and humidity intensifies the effects of the exercises - the ambient heat helps to warm up the muscles faster, which contributes to their greater flexibility and better stretch, thus minimising the risk of injury. Heat accelerates fat burning, it also speeds up the heart rate and increases sweating, helping to detoxify the body. And finally, the most important and pleasant effect: the heat allows you to relax completely. The Vinyasa method, involves moving smoothly from one pose to another. It is considered that Vinyasa Hot Yoga is suitable for beginners in high temperature practice. Practice at the Mercure Hotel Dosłońce takes place in just such conditions, so we suggest that you dress appropriately for morning practice.
