ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION:
Hot yoga (its variations are Bikram yoga or Vinyasa yoga) is one of the forms of hatha-yoga practiced in high temperatures (35-40 degrees C) and high humidity - about 60%. The high temperature and humidity intensify the effects of the exercises - the ambient heat helps warm up the muscles faster, which contributes to their greater flexibility and better stretch, thus minimizing the risk of injury. Heat accelerates fat burning, also speeds up the heart rate, increases sweating, helping to detoxify the body. And finally, the most important and pleasant effect: the heat allows you to relax completely. The Vinyasa method, involves moving smoothly from one pose to another. It is believed that Vinyasa Hot Yoga is suitable for beginners in high temperature practice. Practice at the Mercure Dosłońce Hotel takes place in just such conditions, so we suggest appropriate attire for morning practice.
Yin Yang is a unique combination of classical yoga and Far Eastern Taoist thought. On the one hand the dynamic Yang practice, involving the whole body, on the other hand the relaxing Yin, allow for complex work on many levels. During the class we will look for space in the body to increase the flow of energy, resulting in the release of tensions from the body. This is done by juxtaposing the two worlds of yin and yang, which complement each other. The goal of the practice is to achieve balance in the body and mind.
