My journey into the world of Yoga began over 10 years ago when I took my first step on the mat. I was fascinated by the movement of subtle energy and the direct experience that we are more than just physical bodies. Therefore, diving deep into the world of Yoga, I underwent training and obtained certifications in Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa, Yin, Ayurveda, and Reiki. When I learned more about Ayurveda – the sister science of Yoga, I felt like someone had given me the key to the Universe.
This gave me a framework to talk about energy in a very down-to-earth way. I am passionate about translating this ancient wisdom into practical tools that we can use in modern life. I love guiding people to explore all aspects of Yoga, Ayurveda as a holistic way to a full, healthy, balanced, and conscious life - by developing sensitivity in the body and awakening presence. I am constantly amazed by discovering the mysteries of the body and the undeniable connection between mind, body, and spirit.

I have been practicing Yoga since 2016, attending classes with teachers in Krakow. After some time, I felt that I wanted to learn Yoga at its source - so in 2017, among other things, I went to India, where I completed a Hatha /Vinyasa Yoga course in Sarvaguna Yoga Goa, and then in 2020 during another trip to India, another Yoga course, this time Ashtanga in Mysore. In 2022, another trip to India and another course appeared - this time Traditional Tantra Yoga. Currently, I teach group classes in several schools in Krakow. I combine different styles and teach people how to take care of themselves, not only physically but also emotionally and spiritually, so that they have the strength to live fully and fulfill themselves. > IG > #Moniayoga

Yoga permanently appeared in my life 8 years ago. Previously, I had fleeting romances with it, but it never grabbed me for long. It was only in 2015 that I came across Ashtanga and it was love at first breath, which continues to this day.I constantly deepen and develop my practice under the guidance of wonderful teachers. I completed the RYT-200 Yoga Alliance Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher training course and have been teaching classes in Krakow and the surrounding area for two years.Yoga is a path that I follow slowly, at my own pace. I like to observe the changes it brings - both in me and in others. It has taught me peace and discipline. It has given me courage that I did not suspect in myself before.
